Normal Results Notification Policy:

• Normal test results are not routinely communicated to patients. Our standard practice is to reach out only to those patients whose test results require further follow-up or additional medical attention.
  

• You may be asked by phone either to come for a further appointment or to have more blood tests or continue to monitor your own progress. Consult fees may apply.

Urgent Results Reporting:

• For any tests requested by your doctor that yield urgent results, please be assured that we prioritize these cases. Urgent results will be reported to you on the same day the results are received.
